The equipment is designed to produce composite meshes for construction.

BASIS equipment and composite mesh are patented and are produced using a unique technology, which does not have any analogues.

Equipment is distinguished by high performance and easy maintenance. The payback time is from 6 months to 1 year.

Work description:

Composite mesh is produced in 2 stages. On the first stage, ПЛ-КС-2 lines are used to produce composite rods of the required diameter, which are wounded on a collector coil. On the second stage, the coils are charged into 8СО-ЮОО automatic line of mesh production. On the output we get a mesh with width 2200 mm.

The cut device allows cutting mesh into cards according to Customer’s requirements
